[求助]麻疹-熱毒攻喉 vs. 丹痧

1. 麻疹中的熱毒攻喉型與丹痧應如何鑑別?  兩者差別好像不大!
2. 麻疹的逆證是否僅可發生在初熱期,見形期?
請指教!

我也很想知道啊！
但也想說一下我的看法，請老師再指正。
首先我會以出疹的時間來想，麻疹在發熱後3-4天出疹，
丹痧則在1天左右出疹。
第二是麻疹發病應不會立即出現喉痛情況，而丹痧則會以喉部疼痛為主。

說得對,順證理應如此,但假若是逆證的話,出疹時間和喉痛情況會否改變呢?

1. 兩者的辨別並不是太難，不過可能只是紙上談兵，在文字上有時候並不容易能夠很容易理解。從皮疹上是可以鑒別的。關鍵是抓住特徵。

麻疹：
1. 有麻疹黏膜斑。
2. 皮疹之間一般有正常的皮膚。
3. 之後疹退。
爛喉丹痧：
1. 楊梅舌。
2. 口周蒼白圈
3. 皮疹瀰漫性的，手壓會暫時消退呈蒼白
4. 在皮膚皺褶處，皮疹密集成線，壓之不退
5. 之後脫皮。

2. 不是的。出疹後就可以辨順逆了。恢復期也可以呀。其實整個過程是連續的，分開只是便於理解。

但想問一下口周蒼白圈出現的原因及機理，
為什麼會出現這一特徵呢？
所示圖片並沒有看到呵！
這是不是常見的？

sorry. 忘了說明了，第一張是麻疹。

口周蒼白圈常見的。原因是面部發紅，所以口周相對的就感覺白了。

痲疹病毒存在於被感染者的眼、鼻、口腔分泌物中，經由飛沫傳染，潛伏期約10～11天。
痲疹的症狀可分為３個階段:
急性期(卡他期)會有流鼻水、咳嗽、噴嚏、流淚等類似感冒的症狀，同時出現38、39℃的高燒。有時還會引發結膜發紅、充血的結膜炎、或是喉嚨紅腫、疼痛。４、５天後，臉頰內側黏膜出現微微隆起的白色小斑點，稱為科普力克氏斑(Kopilk's spots)，約有90%的患者會出現這種痲疹的典型症狀。在此前後，體溫會暫時恢復至37℃左右，其後，再度急遽上升至40℃。進入發疹期.
發疹期，會出現痲疹特有的暗紅色疹子。發疹從臉部開始，前於２、３天內擴及全身。發疹後９天左右進入恢復期.
恢復期:逐漸退燒，疹子也開始消失。發疹痕跡會轉為褐色，殘留約２、３週，然後慢慢消失。
